Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by total order weight and destination; rates show at checkout. 

How long will delivery take?

After our 1–3 business-day processing window, delivery time depends on destination and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email when the order ships. 

Do you offer expedited/overnight shipping?

Not at this time. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes—when your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number automatically and it appears on your order timeline.

Will I pay customs/duties/taxes? (International orders)

International orders may incur customs, duties, or taxes set by your country; the buyer is responsible for these fees. 

Do you add a holiday surcharge?

During the U.S. holiday peak season, carriers add surcharges and we applies a small seasonal shipping surcharge on U.S. shipments.

Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

While the order is still “Ordered/Processing” (usually within ~24 hours) we can adjust size, variant, or shipping address. We cannot switch to a different product or change quantities once placed; cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins. 

Can I edit the shipping address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address from the order details (subject to timing).

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All jewelry is final sale and non-returnable.

What if my item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item?

Tell us within a few days of delivery with photos. Return shipping is covered only when it’s a shipping error or damaged item; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Processing returns typically takes 5–7 business days after the warehouse receives them.
