Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All jewelry orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional time; this will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international locations.
If your country does not appear at checkout, we’re unable to ship there at this time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, destination, and carrier rates.
We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & U.S.: typically 2-7 business days after dispatch

  • International: typically 8-14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us before the order has shipped.
Once your package is with the carrier, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

7. Risk & Liability

Once we hand your package to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us at yariajewelry@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
We’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
